MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – On the final day of competition at the 200 Men’s NCAASwimming & Diving Championships, freshman Clayton Moss capped a sensationalmeet with a 13th-place finish on the platform diving event to garnerhonorable mention All-American honors, his third All-American honor of themeet. Moss finished with a score of 433.45.
On Friday, Moss placed eighth on the 3-meter spring board event to earnAll-American. On Thursday, the native of Doerun, Ga., finished 10th on the1-meter event to earn honorable mention honors. He is the first male diverto be named an All-American as a freshman in UK school history.
Junior Shaun Zitani placed 58th in the preliminaries of the 100-meterfreestyle with a time of 50.56. Zitani finished tied for 12th in the 50freestyle on Thursday evening to earn honorable mention honors.Complete meet results can be found on the internet atwww.ncaachampionships.com.
