(Oct. 3, 2000) — The University of Kentucky women’s soccer team has been ranked 10th in the Soccer Buzz poll. The Wildcats broke into the National Soccer Coaches Association of America poll top ten for the first time on October 2, but were ranked in the top-10 in the Soccer Buzz poll in 1999.

Kentucky also moved up in the Soccer Times poll, from 20th to 16th. The Cats have been moving up in the polls steadily as they continue their eight-game win streak.

Florida will attempt to end UK’s win streak on Friday, Oct. 6, at 7 p.m. at the UK Soccer Complex.
