McCree Among League Leaders: Kentucky senior linebacker Marlon McCree leads the SoutheasternConference in tackles for loss and quarterback sacks and is second in the league in total tackles.

McCree has 8.5 tackles for loss this season, good for 53 yards of opponent losses. Pig Prather ofMississippi State and Richard Faison of South Carolina are second with eight tackles for loss.

Among McCree’s tackles for loss are 5.5 quarterback sacks. Close behind McCree are Vanderbilt’sMatt Stewart and Derrick Burgess of Ole Miss, who have five sacks each.

McCree has totaled 49 tackles this season. Leading the league in tackles is LSU linebacker Trev Faulkwith 59 stops.
