Caudill Available, Hanson Sidelined: Coach Guy Morriss reviewed the status of injured players following Thursday afternoon’s one-hour, 45-minute practice at the Nutter Training Center.

Morriss announced that sophomore defensive tackle Jeremy Caudill likely would be available for Saturday’s game against Florida. Caudill sustained a back injury in early August and missed the first two games of the season. However, he was able to practice on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week.

Morriss noted that senior kicker Seth Hanson has been dealing with a strained leg muscle and would not kick in Saturday’s game. Senior Stephen Scaldaferri, who has been handling kickoff duties, will kick field goals and extra points.
