LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky cheerleading squad play host to an exhibition performance by 17 Kentucky middle school and high school cheerleading teams on Monday, Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. at Memorial Coliseum. Each squad is preparing to compete in the Universal Cheerleading Association’s Cheerleading National Championships in Orlando, Fla, Feb. 9-10.

Admission to the event is $2 and proceeds go to the UK Cheerleading Scholarship Fund. There will also be a special performance by the UK Pom Squad, which is preparing to compete in nationals action in Las Vegas, Nev., this weekend.
