Arrive: July 22, camp check-in 8-9 a.m.
Depart: July 25, 3 p.m.

Day campers should arrive promptly at 9:00 a.m. each day and be picked up at 3 p.m. each evening at the Seaton Center Gym.

Eligibility

New NCAA legislation allows any young woman who has not started her freshman year in college to participate in the Bernadette Mattox Women’s Basketball Camp (ages 7-14).

Insurance and Physical

A camper may not participate in any basketball activities without proof of a recent physical on file in our office prior to the start of camp.
If the applicant has had a physical check-up during the past year for participation in school athletics, then certification of this examination is sufficient.

Camp Features

Each camper will receive a University of Kentucky camp T-shirt. Campers in the Day Camp will be divided into age and ability groups. Emphasis will be placed on fundamentals and infividual offensive improvement. Each camper will have the opportunity to improve her skills as well as compete against good competition.
Awards will be given in each age group for Free Throw, Hot Shot, 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and 5-on-5 contests. Individuals awards in each age group will be given for the All-Camp Team and Best Camper.

Cost

Day Camp – July 22-25 – Ages 7-14 – $150
($50.00 Deposit)
