FRANKLIN, Tenn. – The Kentucky women’s golf team finished in 15th place at the Mason Rudolph Championship in Franklin, Tenn., on Sunday, Sept. 28. Georgia came from five shots back to capture the team title, and Erica Blasberg from Arizona earned medalist honors after shooting a two-over 74 in the final round.

Marissa Muir finished with a 76 on the final 18 holes to lead the Cats with a three-day 235 total and a tie for 57th. Erin Faulkner, who entered the day in a tie for 53rd, shot an 82 en route to a 61st place finish. Emily Culbertson tied Faulkner for 61st, while teammates Eva Gessner and Katie Dixon came in ties for 78th and 81st, respectively.

The Cats return to action on Friday, Oct. 3, as they play host to the Wildcat Fall Invitational at the University Club of Kentucky.
