Kenny Hodge, a senior from Louisville Collegiate High School in Louisville, Ky., has signed a national letter of intent with the Kentucky men?s tennis program, UK Coach Dennis Emery announced Wednesday.

Hodge, the 2003 KHSAA Boys? Singles runner-up, claims the top ranking in the Kentucky Boys? 16 division and recently captured the Kentucky 16-and-under Closed Event title. Hodge also was a semifinalist in the Interscholastic East singles event held last May at UK?s Boone Tennis Center.

?Kenny is a hard worker both as a student and as an athlete. He is a well-rounded player with whom we can win in the future,? Emery said.
