CINCINNATI ? The Kentucky rifle team returns to action on Saturday when it takes to the road to face Xavier.

The Wildcats are coming off a loss to Nebraska in which the team was consistently good ? everyone firing between 575-580 for a 4605 total ? but not great. Meanwhile The Musketeers knocked off Rose-Hulman in its first match of the Spring.

Freshman Ray Geyer, a Georgetown, Ky., native, leads the way for Kentucky. He averages slightly under 580 in smallbore action while boasting a 581 air rifle average. Fellow freshman, Chris Boggs is right behind Geyer in both events.

Xavier is paced by Hannah Kerr, who fired a 582 and 583 in smallbore and air rifle, respectively, in the win over Rose-Hulman.
