For the second time in as many seasons, the defending NCAA team champion will pay a visit to UK?s Boone Tennis Complex, as No. 13 Kentucky welcomes top-ranked Baylor to Lexington Saturday afternoon. The match is set for 1 p.m. EST at the Boone Indoor Tennis Center. Live scoring updates will be available at www.ukathletics.com.

The Cats and Bears met a year ago in Waco, Texas, when Baylor claimed a 6-1 victory. UK?s Jesse Witten registered the lone point for the Cats with a 6-4, 6-4 defeat of top-ranked Benedikt Dorsch. The third-ranked Witten and Dorsch are likely to meet again Saturday. Kentucky also features 108th-ranked senior Tigran Martirosyan and 120th-ranked junior Nate Emge, while Baylor claims 11th-ranked Lars Poerschke, 45th-ranked Matija Zgaga, and 40th-ranked Greg Shearer.

Kentucky (4-0) is coming off of a pair of victories Wednesday over Appalachian State and Abilene Christian. The Cats fell just shy of their upset in 2004 when top-ranked 2003 national champion Illinois visited the Boone Tennis Center. Illinois? Michael Calkins defeated Kentucky?s Evan Austin at the No. 3 position to pull out a 4-3 victory.
