The University of Kentucky women?s golf team remains in 11th place at the Papa John?s Collegiate Golf Tournament in Miami Lakes, Fla., after 36 holes. Freshman Beth Felts shot a team low 76 and jumped 13 places in the standings to complete second day play tied for 36th. Mississippi State?s Beth Irwin took the lead after shooting one-over-par 145 (75-70) for the two days.

Freshman Elizabeth Dotson still leads UK, tied for 31st at 156 (77-79) after 36 holes, followed by Felts? 158 (82-76). Junior Ali Kicklighter is one shot behind Felts, with a 159 (78-81), while Katie Dixon improved by three strokes 165 (84-81). Sophomore Murissa Muir rounds out the Kentucky five, shooting 171 (85-86).

Tuesday?s final day of play will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m.
