A day after earning All-America honors for finishing in fifth in the 50 freestyle, Jenny Bradford returned to Georgia?s Gabrielsen Natatorium to take 15th in the 100 butterfly with a time of :54.63.
?We were a little disappointed today because we came out flat,? head coach Gary Conelly said. ?We will put it behind us and concentrate on tomorrow. We should have a really good final day with the platform diving event taking place because that is one of the strengths of our team. We will also have Laura (Graham) and Jenny (Bradford) competing in the 200 breaststroke and 100 freestyle (respectively). If we perform to our capabilities we have a really good chance of finishing in the top-12.?
The final day of the NCAA Championships will begin tomorrow at 11 a.m. EST. The Cats will be in action in the 200 breaststroke, the 100 freestyle, the 400 freestyle relay and the platform diving event. Fans can ukathletics.com for a complete recap following the day?s action.
