LEXINGTON, Ky. ? Season-ticket holders from the Kentucky 2006 Southeastern Conference Championship season can begin to renew their season tickets for the 2007 season.
Fans can renew their season tickets , by mailing in renewal form that was sent to last year’s season ticket holders, or by contacting the UK ticket office (859) 257-1818. The renewal deadline for ticket holders from last season to secure their seats for the upcoming season is October 27.
New orders for 2007 season tickets can be placed now and seats will be allocated on a priority basis after the renewal deadline. Season tickets can be purchased for the reserved chairbacks section for only $35 and general admission season tickets are only $25.
Tickets can be purchased by filling out and mailing an , or by calling 1-800-928-CATS. New season ticket orders will be processed starting November 7, with tickets assigned on a priority basis. Tickets will be mailed approximately one month prior to the first home game.
2006 Commemorative Poster Available Saturday
In honor of the 2006 SEC Championship season, the baseball program announces the availability of a new commemorative poster, honoring the historic season.
The posters will be available beginning on Saturday, October 7 in the Wildcat Refuge (outside gate 9) during the UK-South Carolina football game. Members of the Championship team will be signing autographs at the Refuge from 4:45 to 6:45 Saturday.
Fans can pick up their commemorative poster in person (while supplies last), starting Monday October 9 in the Media Relations office, located in room 23, Memorial Coliseum.
The posters will also be mailed to all fans renewing their 2007 season tickets and all fans purchasing new season tickets.
The 2006 team will be donning some new hardware for the football game, as the squad will receive their Championship rings during a ceremony Friday night. During the football game, the team will be recognized on the field during a first quarter timeout.
If remaining, the posters will be available when the team concludes fall practice with its annual inter-squad Fall World Series held Sunday, October 29.
