CARMEL, Ind.?Freshman Erica Still capped off her phenomenal freshman regular season with a three-over-par final round at the Indiana Invitational to lead the Wildcats to a 13th place finish.

For the fifth consecutive tournament and the seventh of the season the rookie from Waycross, Ga., paced the Wildcats with a tie for 16th place. Still turned in a remarkable three-over-par in the day?s final round to move her way up the leader board, as she began the day in a tie for 30th place. She has now carded five straight final rounds of 76 or lower. The Wildcats? lone freshman placed in the top-20 in four tournaments this season.

Kentucky scored 325 in the second round to finish the tournament at +59 over par and moved into 13th place among 17 teams, five of which are ranked in the top-50 in the country. UK did edge out No. 31 UNLV who finished in a tie for 15th place.

Michigan headlined the leaders with a 27-over-par team score for the tournament, three shots ahead of in-state rival Michigan State. Illinois? Seul Ki Park took top individual honors after shooting even par over the course of the two-round tournament. Two players were tied at three-over for second place on the individual leader board.

Junior Elizabeth Dotson turned in her most complete tournament thus far in her come-back spring season. Dotson was second on the team in scoring with a tie for 43rd place with a 13-over-par score. Classmate Beth Felts carded a 15-over-par for two rounds good for a tie for 53rd place. Senior Katie Johnson rounded out the team scoring with a tie for 79th with a 22-over-par. Senior Marissa Muir placed 91st with a two round total of 31-over-par.

Kentucky?s regular season ends with their completion of the Indiana Invitational. UK will next embark on the SEC Tournament being played April 20-22, in West Point, Miss. The tournament will be hosted by Mississippi State. Last season Kentucky finished 11th in the conference championships and were led in scoring by Felts.
