LEXINGTON, KY – Kentucky fans can get a glimpse of UK men’s basketball five-star signee Michael Gilchrist twice this holiday weekend on the ESPN family of networks.

Gilchrist and St. Patrick (N.J.) take on Winter Park (Fla.) as part of the ESPN Rise High School Basketball Showcase. The game is set for a 7:00 p.m. ET tip-off and will be televised live on ESPN2.

Gilchrist and St. Patrick will be on ESPNU on Monday, taking on Bishop Gorman (Nev.) in the Spalding Hoophall Classic. Tip-off is set for 1:00 p.m. ET.

ESPN Recruiting, Rivals.com and Scout.com all rank Gilchrist the No. 1 small forward in the country. ESPN Recruiting and Rivals.com rank him third overall in the Class of 2011 and Scout.com ranks him fifth overall.

Kentucky returns to action on Saturday, Jan. 14, hosting the LSU Tigers. The game is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. ET tip and can be seen live on the SEC Network.
