UK Rifle Signs Hailee Sigmon

LEXINGTON, Ky. –  Kentucky rifle announced on Monday that Hailee Sigmon signed a national letter of intent to attend the University of Kentucky where she will compete on the rifle team.

Sigmon – a native of Kiowa, Colorado – was also a member of the 2015-16 ELEY High School All-American Team in air rifle along with current UK freshman Ian Foos. A member of the 2017 Army Junior Precision Class National Champion Team, Sigmon finished in the third place in the precision class competition.

“We are thrilled to have Hailee join our UK Rifle family,” head coach Harry Mullins said. “She will bring endless enthusiasm to the team and is very fundamentally sound. Hailee comes from a good club, and we look forward to seeing great things from her in her time here at UK.”

Sigmon joins Henrik Larsen as the second signee of the upcoming season’s recruiting class.
