Ticket Information
In the event that a Smart Queue populates while trying to get your student ticket, here are some tips to help ensure you make it through the queue:
- While the Queue is forming, DO NOT REFRESH OR TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER. This may put you at risk of a further back position in the queue
- Once in the Queue, DO NOT REFRESH OR TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER. This may reposition you further back in the Queue.
- If you receive an error message while trying to log in to your account, exit it out and try to click, “Claim/Buy Men’s Basketball Tickets.” Be sure to use this link if you are trying to claim or buy tickets as the sign in page is not designed for high volumes of traffic.
- Once the Queue has formed, please be patient as the Queue will slowly start letting students in to claim or buy student tickets.
- If reaching out to the Ticket Office for assistance during the Queue, please remain in the queue and we will get with you as soon as we can due to the high volume of customer service inquiries.
HOW TO REGISTER: The Lottery is now closed and all winners have been selected..
- 170 Student tickets will be available for sessions that UK may play in, Wednesday through Saturday. These are standing-room-only tickets on the floor at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
- Approximately 85 winners will be selected on Friday, February 28th in a random, computer-generated drawing. The first 20 winners will be selected from those that made the optional $25 Student K Fund gift at the beginning of the 2024-25 Academic Year.
- The remaining numbers will be drawn from all other students that register.
- All lottery winners MUST be full-time for the Spring 2025 Semester.
- The 170 winners will be charged $10 for the first session UK will play in at the SEC Tournament. As UK advances in the tournament, the method of payment on file will be charged subsequently for each session. For example, if UK plays their first game on Wednesday, March 12th, and were to advance, those that were selected in the lottery will be charged another $10 for the next round UK competes in.

Beginning on July 29, Family Weekend registrants will have the opportunity to purchase football tickets (pending availability) for the UK vs. Ohio football game using a special link to a Family Weekend football ticketing website. You do not have to register for Family Weekend to purchase discounted football tickets to this game.
Please note that single-game tickets will go on sale prior to July 29, but we encourage families to wait for the Family Weekend discounted tickets. UK Athletics anticipates ample ticket inventory for UK families. These tickets will not be located in the student section but are likely to be mostly upper level due to strong season ticket sales among UK fans. If families want to sit in the student section with their Wildcat, guest tickets will go on sale within two weeks of the game in September, based on availability.
Please note that current UK students who would like to sit with their guests in reserved seating will need to purchase a discounted student ticket seated with their party, even if they have purchased a student season pass. Families may purchase one student ticket per UK student. To ensure all tickets in your group are seated together, please be sure to purchase in the same transaction. Student tickets are $15, and guest tickets range from $25 – $40.
All tickets will be mobile and will be available to access through the UK Athletics app or by logging into My UK Account from a mobile device after purchasing. For assistance with accessing mobile tickets after purchase, visit UKathletics.com/MobileTickets. Ticket barcodes will be available to view on your online account beginning early August.
A clear bag policy is in effect at Kroger Field. You will receive a clear tote bag to bring to the game at Family Weekend check-in. Visit UKathletics.com/gameday the fall for more information on gameday policies.
This Family Weekend ticket offer is only available online, prior to the game and based on availability. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
UK students are admitted free to the following regular-season, home sporting events by showing a valid UK Student ID at the entrance. Students may sit in select general admission student areas for each of these events, based on availability.
