Emily Dent is in her 15th season overseeing ticket operations for the UK softball team. Dent is responsible for handling tickets and player pass lists prior to all UK softball games.

Dent served as a ticket sales/staff support associate for eight seasons and is now entering her fourth season as assistant director of ticket operations. She also works with men’s basketball, track and field, men’s and women’s soccer, football, and helps with the Olympic sports pass.
