RyanAnton

Ryan Anton is entering his first season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Kentucky Volleyball team in 2021. Anton comes to Kentucky after a stint at Illinois, where he graduated in three and a half years with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies w/ Leadership minor.

Anton was a student manager for the Illinois Volleyball team from 2017-2020 where he was responsible for running DataVolley and putting together video for scouting reports. Additionally,

Anton was responsible for practice set-up, assisting in drills, and running Stat-Chat, a pre-match presentation to the Illini Booster club about the upcoming match and aspects of the scouting report/game the fans can follow along with.

He then was promoted to the Technical Coordinator for the team.

Anton coached club for Prime Time Volleyball Club in Champaign from 2017-2020 And was promoted to Assistant director in 2019. He was the lead training coach for setters and liberos, created master practice plans for all teams in the club, assisted with travel coordination for tournaments.
