  • Also at the Joe May Invitational, ran in the fastest 4x100m of the season for the Cats (39.18)

  • Ran one of the top 200m times in the nation in the 2022 season (20.24w, +3.0), which was also an outdoor personal best, at the Black and Gold Invitational
  • Ran in winning 4x400m at Florida Relays and Kentucky Invitational

  • Won the 400m (46.20) and placed third in the 200m (20.38) at the Kentucky Invitational

  • Ran in winning 4x100m at Drake Relays

Indoor

  • Broke his own school record and earned the fourth-best time in collegiate history in the 300m with a 32.70 run at the Cardinal Classic
  • Won the 200m with a time of 21.02 and was a member of the winning 4x400m relay at the Jim Green Invitational
  • Won the 400m (46.11) and was part of the winning 4x400m relay at the Red Raider Open
  • Ran a personal best 6.75 in the 60m at the McCravy
  • Placed third in the 400m (45.90) with a season best time at the Tiger Paw Invitational
  • Placed fourth in the 400m (46.10) and ran in the second fastest 4x400m in school history (3:04.04) at SEC Championships
  • Qualified for NCAA Championships in the 400m and 4x400m

2020-21 (Senior) 
Indoor

  • First-team All-America for his role in helping UK win the silver medal at the NCAA Championships, posting a school-record time of 3:03.61
  • Also first-team All-America for his eighth-place finish in the 400m at the NCAAs
  • Helped UK to a silver-medal finish in the 4×400 relay at the SEC Championships with a time of 3:04.67, receiving first-team All-SEC accolades

Outdoor

  • Finished fifth at NCAA Championships in the 400m dash (45.20), earning first team All-America honors
  • Part of the eighth-place 4x400m relay team (3:03.63), earning first team All-America honors
  • Part of 18th-ranked 4x100m relay for UK at NCAA Championships (39.56)
  • Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400m dash and the 4×100 and 4×400 relays
  • Part of the 4×400 relay that won the Southeastern Conference gold medal with a school-record time of 3:01.71
  • Earned first-team All-SEC for that performance
  • Also earned points at the SECs by finishing fourth in the 400m and the 4×100 relay
  • Improved his own school record in the 200m by dashing 20.25 seconds at the Weems Baskin Relays; however, the record was broken later in the season by Lance Lang

Freshman (2017-18) 
Outdoor

  • SEC Freshman of the Year
  • Ran a half-second PR 44.55 in the NCAA quarterfinal to finish as top qualifier out of NCAA East Prelims in the 400m
  • Ran the second leg on UK’s semifinalist 4x400m relay
  • PB of 44.55 is No. 19 on the NCAA all-time list, and No. 2 by a freshman (fastest not at altitude)
  • lowered his PB by half a second less than two weeks after his prior PB, 45.05, to take bronze at SECs
  • Set the UK varsity record in the 400m, 45.62, at the Florida Relays and lowered it to 45.48 at National Relays
    Indoor – 2018 NCAA Indoor Championships qualifier in the 200m
  • SEC Freshman of the Week on Jan. 16. Feb. 6 and May 1
  • Moved to third on the UK outdoor 200m all-time performer’s list in 20.76 to placed third at the 2018 Tennessee Relays
  • Set the UK indoor freshman record in the 400m with a time of 46.20 at the 2018 Rod McCravy Memorial

Prior to UK 

  • World U20 Finalist in the 200m
  • A member of Trinidad & Tobago’s men’s 4x400m team which finished sixth in the finals at the 2016 World Under 20 Track and Field Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland
  • Placed fourth in the 400m finals at the T&T Junior Championships
  • Third in the 2016 T&T U20 200m finals.
