2009 (Sophomore): Outdoor – Performed impressively at the Mideast Regional in the triple jump with a personal-best leap of 50-11 on his third attempt; the distance ranks second all-time at UK only behind Bethel Ward’s varsity record jump of 51-1.75 set in 1981 … At the SEC Championships, scored for the first time in a league meet by placing eighth overall with a leap of 49-3.50 in the triple jump to collect a point for the Cats … Attained personal-best distance of 22-7.25 in the long jump to place third overall at the Baldy Castillo Invitational and move into ninth place all-time at UK … Claimed the triple jump title at the Jesse Owens Track Classic with a regional-qualifying leap of 50-4.75 … After almost a four-hour weather delay at the Sea Ray Relays, capitalized on return to the triple jump pit with a leap of 50-6.25 to win the competition. 2008 (Freshman): Outdoor – At Mideast Regional, landed a triple jump of 48-7.25 … Placed ninth overall at SEC Championships with leap of 48-8.25 in triple jump … Posted the fourth-best triple jump distance in UK history hitting the dirt at 50-2.75, a personal-best measurement at the Jesse Owens Classic … Notched the tenth-best mark at UK in the long jump with a measurement of 21-7.25 at the Nikoloff invitational. Indoor – Placed third in the triple jump with a season-best distance of 49-05.00 at the Kentucky Invitational, giving him the fifth-best mark all-time at UK during his first collegiate meet … Also posted season-best long jump mark at Kentucky Invite measuring 22-3.50.
