2006-07: Cross Country – Competed in each of Kentucky’s six meets during his junior season, leading UK in four of those meets including at the NCAA Southeast Regional … Best finish came at the Cal Poly Invitational when he won his first collegiate race with an 8K time of 26:01.5, besting fellow teammate John Richardson by just four-tenths of a second … First on the team and 18th overall against a tough field at the Greater Louisville Classic with an 8K time of 24:57 … UK’s second runner at the SEC Championships.

2005-06: Cross Country – Competed in the all five meets for the Wildcats … Crossed the finish line second for UK in three races … Placed 10th at the Woodford Trials (16:36, 5K) … Indoor – Ran Kentucky’s second fastest mile (4:15.80) and 3,000 (8:40.55) of the season … Outdoor – Ran the fourth fastest 3,000 (8:39.44) in the SEC in 2006 .. . Just missed making the finals of the 1,500 at the SEC Championships with a personal-best time of 3:51.62.

2004-05: Cross Country – Ran in every meet as a freshman … Finished first for the Cats at the Penn State National Invitational … Finished second for Kentucky, helping the team to a fifth-place finish at the Stanford Invitational … Finished his freshman season at the NCAA Southeast Regional … Indoor – Competed at the Meyo Invitational in the 3,000 meters, finishing with a season-best time of 8:49.27 … Ran a season-best time of 4:26.35 in the mile at the Tyson Invitational … Outdoor – Competed at the Baldy Castillo Invitational in the 800 meters, finishing with a personal-best time of 1:55.36 … At the SEC Championships, finished with a season-best time of 3:56.16 in the 1,500 meters … Claimed second in the 1,500 meters at the EKU Invitational with a time of 3:58.90.
