2010-11:Finished his sophomore campaign with the second-fastest time on the team in the 50 freestyle … Came in second place in the 50 freestyle behind teammate Chip Aplin in a home dual meet against Alabama … Had a top-16 finish in the 100 butterfly at the Tennessee Swimming/Diving Invitational … Just missed the top 16 in the 50 freestyle at the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships, finishing in 18th place

2009-10: Received his first national cut this summer in the 50-freestyle … Competed in three events at the UT Invitational … Tapped in for a 14th place finish at the UT Invite in the 100-freestyle … Finished 18th in the 50-free … Earned a 22nd place finish in the 100-fly at the Invite.

Pre-College: Five-time All-American … Named the most valuable swimmer as a senior … Holds school records in the 100-freestyle and as a member of the 200- and 400-free relays … Both relays also set district meet records … Competed at the Junior Nationals in 2009 … Also lettered in football … Chose UK because it was a great school with great coaches and athletes.
