2010-11
Turned in a heroic performance at the 2010-11 NCAA Championships, earning NCAA Shooter of the Match accolades as UK’s final shooter in a clinching performance to win the title … Became UK’s first individual NCAA Championship winner with a 590 championship outing in smallbore in day one of the national championships … Earned All-America and All-GARC accolades in both guns … With the pressure on the final relay of the final day of the NCAA Championships, Settlemires fired a 590 in air rifle to clinch the first national title for UK … After filing his final shot, was mobbed by media and teammates for his clinching performance … Averaged 587.36 in air rifle and 576.18 in smallbore … His 590 in smallbore to win the individual national title was a career-high … Had a season-best 591 against UT Martin in air rifle, with his 590 on the final relay at the NCAA Championships coming as his second-best score of the year … Broke 580 in all 13 matches in the regular-season in air rifle and broke 580 four times in smallbore.

Ranked second on UK with a 576.18 average in smallbore, also ranking fifth with a 584.36 average in air rifle … Has a combined average of 1160.55, third-best on the club … Averaged 196.36 in prone, 188.09 in standing and the second-best kneeling average on the team, 191.73 … Had a season-high 581 in smallbore vs. Murray State and a season-best 591 in air rifle against Ohio State.

Had one of the better freshman seasons in the history of the UK rifle program, ranking third with a 586.3 air rifle average and fourth with a 575.6 smallbore average … Was named GARC Rookie of the Year … Won the GARC smallbore individual championship after a 579 and a 101.2 … Became the fifth UK player all-time to win the conference smallbore title … Named All-American in both guns … Totaled a season-best 581 against Ole Miss in smallbore … Hit 570 or better in smallbore in all 13 matches … Averaged 94.7 in kneeling, 94.3 in standing and 98.7 in prone … Fired a season-high 594 in air rifle against Murray State … Hit 590 or better in four consecutive matches … Fired a 583 in air rifle in the GARC Championship and a 581 in the NCAA Championship.
