- Really shined late in the season, posting and then besting career high marks in all three categories in the final three matches of the year
- Streak started in the NCAA Qualifier, setting career highs with a 593 in smallbore, 598 in air rifle and 1191 aggregate
- Bested that smallbore score at the GARCs with a 597, which helped him secure a new career-best aggregate score of 1194
- Posted a 599 in air rifle at NCAAs, which was a new career high
- Made all four individual finals at the GARCs and NCAA, finishing with GARC gold in air rifle and bronze in smallbore
- At the NCAA Championships, finished sixth in the smallbore final and took home silver in the air rifle final
Prior to UK:
- Peiser will come to Lexington from San Angelo, Texas, where he is not only one of the best performers in the state, but in the world at his age. Peiser, like several current UK student-athletes, has traveled the world to represent USA Shooting at several competitions.
- Most recently, Peiser traveled with USA Shooting to participate in the 2022 World Championships in Cairo, finishing high in several events. He was part of USA’s junior 50 meter rifle three positions men’s team that took home gold at the event, while he finished fourth individually in 10 meter air rifle men’s junior, 10th in 50 meter rifle three positions men’s junior and 17th in 50 meter rifle prone men’s junior.
- At the 2021 World Championships in Lima, Peru, Peiser won silver in 50 meter rifle prone mixed team junior and bronze in 50 meter rifle three positions men’s junior team. Individually, he placed eighth in 50meter rifle three positions men’s junior and ninth in 50 meter rifle prone men’s junior. At the 2021 championships, he joined with teammates to help set two world records.
- At USA Shooting’s 2022 Rifle National Championships, Peiser took home silver in 50 meter smallbore men’s junior. His first trip to the ISSF World Championships was in 2018.
