(Senior 2017) – Compiled a record of 17-7 during the dual singles season … Played majority of matches from the fourth court with a record of 15-5 … Went 2-2 from the third court … In SEC singles play finished 6-4 … Finished 11-10 in doubles play … Played doubles primarily with Will Bushamuka, finishing 9-6 …

Junior (2016) – Earned a 12-11 singles record over the season, primarily playing on the third court … Went 11-10 on the third court and 1-1 on the second court in singles … Earned a 5-6 record in SEC play, going 1-1 on court two and 4-5 on court three … Ranked as high as No. 117 in singles play during the season … Won Louisville Invitational Singles A Flight in the fall … Went 4-11 in doubles play, all on the top court, pairing with Enzo Wallart, William Bushamuka and Kevin Lai … Wallart and Ellefsen ranked as high as No. 71 in the country in doubles … Took A flight doubles crown alongside Kevin Lai at the Louisville Invitational in the fall … Named to SEC Community Service Team.

Sophomore (2015) – Picked up a 5-7 singles record during the dual season, going 2-3 in SEC action …. Played between No. 3 and No. 6, primarily at No. 5 and No. 6 in conference matches … Took home SEC singles wins against Auburn and Vanderbilt … Did not compete during the fall season … Played doubles with former Wildcat Jerry Lopez mostly at No. 2, earning a 7-3 record, with a 7-2 mark in SEC matches … Also played alongside Trey Yates primarily at No. 3 with a 3-6 mark … Named to All-SEC Academic honor roll. 

Freshman (2014) – Came from Norway to play in 10 singles matches for the Wildcats … He went 6-2 with two matches unfinished … Played three ranked opponents in the top 50, winning one of those, with a win over the No. 6 player, Guilro Alcoa from Vanderbilt at the No. 5 slot in Nashville on the road … Played No. 3 doubles for UK, teaming with doubles specialist Ryuji Hirooka for the Wildcats to go 13-12 in the final court … Together, they clinched two doubles points, including one against top-ranked Ohio State.

Pre-College – Ranked No. 328 in ITF rankings … One of the best young players in Europe … winner of one ITF singles title, two ITF doubles championships and three National Junior Championships in doubles and mixed doubles. Ellefsen is also the winner of several National Cup tournaments, both in singles and doubles … Held the No. 1 spot in the Norwegian Junior rankings through the entirety of the 2012 calendar year, and in December ascended the No. 1 ranking in the country for men’s players … Born on June 30, 1994 and is the son of Marie and Jon-Egil Ellefson. He has one sister, Sophie.
