2021-22 (Senior) 


  • Earned a personal best in the 800m (1:50.47) at the Joe Walker Invitational 
  • Ran a personal best 5000m (14:59.95) at SEC Championships 
  • Competed in five meets, including SEC Championships 


  • Ran a mile personal best (4:00.24) in 10th place finish at SEC Championships, now sitting at sixth all-time in the mile at UK 
  • Won the 3000m at the McCravy with a personal best time of 8:04.00, becoming the 10th fastest performer for UK all-time 
  • Placed second in the mile (4:04.06) at the Camel City Invitational 
  • Won the mile at the Jim Green Invitational (4:06.20) and was a member of the winning DMR  

Cross Country 

  • Scored for UKXC in the men’s 10K at NCAA Southeast Regionals 
  • Competed in the FSU Pre-Nationals Garnet 8K and SEC Championships 
  • Finished 13th at the Missouri Opener 6K (18:12.2) in the first meet of the season 
  • Placed 17th in the Commodore Classic 8K (25:16.9) 

2020-21 (Junior)
Cross Country 

  • Placed second at the Commodore Classic (7.9K, 24:36.6) as UK won the team title 
  • 35th at the SEC Championship (5M, 25:02.4) 


  • Won the mile at the McCravy-Green Invitational, 4:07.43 
  • Fifth in the mile at the SEC Championships with a personal-best 4:02.34 


  • Second in the 800m at the Kentucky Invitational, personal best 1:50.97 
  • Ran 3:41.15 in the 1500m at the Rick Erdmann Twilight, No. 4 in UK history 
  • 22nd at the SEC Championships at the 1500m 
  • Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries, finishing 23rd in the 1500m 

2019-20 (Sophomore) 

  • Placed 12th at SEC Indoor Championships in the mile (4:12.94) 
  • Placed 30th at SEC Cross Country Championships (8K: 23:52.1)

  • 2017 KHSAA Cross Country Champion
