Jacob Noger enters his 10th season with Kentucky Football in 2026 and his ninth as Football Creative Director after assuming the role in June 2017. In that position, he leads the creation and design of digital and printed content used across social media, recruiting and brand promotion, helping elevate and strengthen the Kentucky Football identity.
In addition to his graphic design responsibilities, Noger serves as the program’s primary photographer and also assists with video production, helping capture and create content that showcases the team and its student-athletes.
Before moving into his current role, Noger spent the 2016-17 season as a recruiting assistant in the football office. In that capacity, he helped evaluate prospective student-athletes while assisting with event management and the execution of official and unofficial visits.
Prior to joining the Kentucky staff full time, Noger worked from 2013-16 as a paraeducator at his alma mater, Henry Clay High School, where he supported the daily safety and well-being of students with physical disabilities. During that same time, he also served on the football staff, coaching varsity wide receivers while volunteering as the junior varsity offensive coordinator and freshman defensive coordinator. He additionally contributed as an academic mentor and assisted with the team’s equipment operations.
A three-year letter winner at Henry Clay, Noger continued his playing career at Hanover College, where he was a four-year letterwinner at wide receiver from 2009-13. He finished his collegiate career with 52 receptions for 702 yards and eight touchdowns.
Noger earned his bachelor’s degree in political science, with minors in communication and history, from Hanover in 2013. He later earned a master’s degree in sport leadership from Kentucky in 2016.
A Lexington native, Noger is married to the former Hannah Fischer of Park Rapids, Minnesota. The couple has two children, Eleanor and Judd.
