  • In 2025, Brinkley Berch enters her seventh season in the Kentucky Football program, her second as the assistant director of recruiting operations.
  • Berch began her journey in 2019 as a student assistant and worked her way up to a recruiting and operations graduate assistant from 2022-24 before advancing to her current role.
  • Berch currently manages a variety of recruiting and operations duties, including assisting in official and unofficial visits logistics, handling all summer camp operations, and game-day events … Also assists with team logistics, team travel, and manages recruiting finances.
  • Invited to the 2025 NFL Women’s Forum, one of just 40 women chosen to attend.
  • Before transferring to Kentucky, Berch spent two seasons at Kennesaw State University, where she contributed to the football program’s early success as a student equipment manager.
  • As a manager, she was involved in all aspects of game day and practice equipment management and assisted with the daily operations of the equipment room.
  • Named co-head student equipment manager for the 2018 season.
  • During her time at Kennesaw, the team won back-to-back Big South Conference Championships in just the program’s third and fourth seasons.
  • Berch graduated from Kentucky in Dec. of ’21 with a degree in integrated strategic communication with a minor in coaching and went on to earn a master’s degree in kinesiology and health promotion with a focus on sports leadership, from UK in Dec. of ’23.
  • Berch was born and raised in Atlanta.
