School record holder – 4×800 Relay, 800 meters (outdoors)

2003: Outdoor – NCAA All-American in the 800 meters… Advanced to the semi-finals in the 800 meters at the NCAA Championships, placing 11th overall… Placed fifth at the NCAA Mid-West regional to advance to the NCAA Championships… Broke the school record for the 800 meters with his fifth place showing at the SEC Championships in a time of 1:47.22… Ran the 800 meters in 1:47.70 at the Mt. Sac Relays. Indoors – Earned All-SEC honors by placing second at the SEC Championships in the Distance Medley Relay… Ran a seasonal best time of 1:50.18 at the Rod McCravy Memorial… Was a member of the 4×800 relay that broke the school record at the Kentucky Invitational.

At Florida A&M: Finished second at the 2002 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championships in the 800 meters in a time of 1:50.42, finishing second…Was a member of the 4 x 400 relay team that won the conference title.

High School: Was the 1999 Florida State Champion in the 800 meters…Was the AAU National Champion in the 800 meters in 2000.
