Sac Relays… Was a member of the school record-setting 4×800 relay that placed third at the Penn Relays. Indoor – Earned his third All-American honor by placing fifth in the mile at the NCAA Championships… Placed second at the SEC Championships in the mile with a personal best time of 4:00.69… Was a member of the school record-breaking 4×800 relay at the Wildcat Invitational… Ran a personal best time of 1:48.29 in the 800 meters at the SEC Challenge.

2002: Outdoor – Sat out season as a redshirt… While competing unattached, placed second at the Cardinal Invitational in the 1,500 meters with a personal-best time of 3:40.91… Qualified for the finals at the USATF Senior Nationals, finishing 12th… Ran a 4:04.30 in the mile at the Penn Relays… Ran a personal-best 1:48.35 for the 800 meters to finish second at the Georgia Tech Last Chance Meet… Finished ninth at the USATF Junior Nationals in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:43.69. Indoor – Earned his second All-America honor after placing third at the NCAA Championships in the mile with a time of 4:02.93… Placed second at the SEC Championships in the mile to earn All-SEC honors for the second time with a personal-best time of 4:01.99…Won the mile at the SEC East meet with a personal-best time of 4:02.63, qualifying him for the NCAA Championships…Was a member of the school-record setting distance medley relay team at the Iowa State Classic, which automatically qualified the team for the NCAA Championships. Cross Country – Finished first in the both the Woodford County Trials and the Cardinal Open…Took second at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational and 14th at the SEC Championships to earn All-SEC honors.

2001: Outdoor – Finished fourth in his heat at the Sea Ray Relays, running a 1:50.38 for the 800 meters…Ran a then-personal best of 3:46.51 for the 1500 meters at Mt. Sac Relays…Was a member of the school record setting 4 x mile relay team at the Penn Relays… Was a finalist at the SEC Championships, placing fourth in the 1500 meters. Indoor – Member of distance medley relay team which finished second in the SEC and seventh at the NCAA Championships to earn All-America honors while breaking the school record…Ran a personal-best time of 4:06.09 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic… Finished seventh in the mile at the SEC Championships with a time of 4:12.98. Cross Country – Ran a season-best time of 24:40 at the Crimson Classic in Alabama… Finished 12th to help lead to the team title at the Furman Invitational.

2000: Outdoor – Ran a top time of 1:51.61 in the 800 meters…Member of school-record 4×800-meter relay team that claimed third place at the Penn Relays with a time of 7:19.10 and first at the Texas Relays in a time of 7:28.35. Indoor – Ran a 1:50.90 in the 800 meters at the Alex Wilson Invitational… Led his team in the mile with a 4:09.77 in the preliminaries at SEC Championships before capturing seventh place with a time of 4:09.90 in the finals.

High School: 1999 Connecticut State Open 800-meter champion with a time of 1:54.38…1998 Connecticut Gatorade Track Athlete of the Year.
