2008-09 (Sophomore): Cross Country – Individually qualified for the NCAA Championships by virtue of first placing fifth overall at the NCAA Regional to earn his first All-Southeast Regional honor with a 10K time of 30:26 – a 73-second improvement over his 2007 Regional mark … Finished the 10K NCAA Championship course in 31:25 in cold conditions … Claimed All-SEC Second Team honors at the league championships … Slowly worked his way up through the field passing several runners on the final two loops of the 8K course while posting a personal-best time of 24:12 to place 14th overall … Finished first on the squad in five consecutive meets this year … Placed sixth overall at Penn State National Invitational completing the 5.2-mile course in 25:26 … Scored in 11 of 12 career team races for UK. Indoor – Entered the UK record books by posting a personal-best 3,000m time of 8:16.27 at the Penn State National Invitational, the mark ranks tenth all-time in school history … Ran a personal-best 4:08.08 mile at the Iowa State Classic … Qualified for SEC Indoor Championship finals in the mile, finishing seventh … Member of distance medley team that finished seventh overall at SEC Indoors. Outdoor – Turned in the second-fastest 1,500m run of the season for the Wildcats at the SEC Outdoor Championships, crossing the line in 3:54.23 in Gainesville.

2007-08 (Freshman): Cross Country – Finished 41st overall at the 8K SEC Championships to place second on the team at 25:32, earning recognition as part of the All-Freshman SEC Team in the conference … Only freshman harrier to score in each meet for the Cats … Finished 55th overall and second on the team at the Southeast regional in a 10K time of 31:39, helping the team improve four spots over its finish the previous year. Indoor – Ran a personal-best 4:12.28 mile at the McCravy Memorial Meet … Posted personal-best 5,000m time at the Husky Classic, clocking in a 14:50.09 … At SEC/Big ten Challenge, notched personal-best time of 8:31.87 in 3,000m. Outdoor – Did not compete.
