Morehead State (2009-10)

Earned four letters for coach Herb Hammond at Henry Clay High School, where former UK first-team All-American outfielder Collin Cowgill (2005-08) played … Named first-team All-State as a senior, also earning the honor as city of Lexington player of the year … As a senior, hit .461 with 53 hits, 42 runs, 12 doubles, 11 homers and 42 RBI, leading the state in homers … Was named the 11th Region Player of the Year … A two-time all-city selection.
