2002: Became the only Wildcat in history to record a 7-for-7 day when he accomplished the feat on Feb. 25 at the Aggie Baseball Classic at Texas A&M… Started every game except the Alabama game on April 14 in his first season at UK… Voted to the Continental Express Aggie Classic All-Tournament Team… First hit as a Wildcat was a home run over the left field fence in UK’s season-opening win at Samford in the Birmingham Challenge Tournament (2/15)… Homered twice against the Samford Bulldogs at Joe Lee Griffin Field (2/15)… Reached base safely in 11-straight plate appearances, including a 7-for-7 hit streak at the Aggie Balseball Classic in College Station, Texas… Became only the sixth Wildcat in UK’s 106-year history to go 5-for-5 when he accomplished the feat on Feb. 25 against Washington State… Ripped the game-winning RBI double in the Cats’ 6-5, 10-inning win over Ball State at Applebee’s Park (3/10)… Paced the Cats in the Ole Miss series going 5-for-10 with a run scored and four RBIs… Went a perfect 2-for-2 with an RBI and scored a run in Kentucky’s win over Marshall at Cliff Hagan Stadium (4/9)… Hit .500 (5-for-10) with a run scored an three RBIs and two doubles vs. Vanderbilt (5/10-12)… Recorded 17 multiple hit games including two three-hit performances.

Tyler Junior College: First-team All-Conference at Tyler JC as a freshman… Batted .335 in 48 games played… Went to the plate 179 times and cracked 60 hits, including 15 doubles, one triple and four homeruns…Walked 13 times and was hit by a pitch.

High School: Two-time All-District and All-Region selection in baseball… Played in state finals as a sophomore and semifinals as a senior… Selected to the East-West All-Star game after his junior campaign… All-State Honorable Mention in baseball and basketball… Voted All-District and All-Region in basketball as a senior.
