Cole Elmore joined the Kentucky Wildcats as a men’s golf assistant coach on July 7, 2025.

Prior to Kentucky, Elmore spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Wichita State. The Shockers won two tournaments during Elmore’s tenure and were third at the American Athletic Conference Championship in 2024.

Elmore began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois for one season, helping the Cardinals finish fifth at their conference championship.

Elmore played collegiate golf at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois where he graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Unmanned Aircraft Systems. He served as the team captain during his senior season and played an important role by working with the athletic director to keep the team running during a midseason coaching search. Elmore was a three-time Srixon/Cleveland Academic All-American during his time at Lewis and served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
