TRACS
Triage, Referral, Assistance and Crisis Support: go.uky.edu/TRACS is a physical and virtual one-stop shop where students can come for a quick referral to support services or receive direct clinical support for a range of mental health needs and crises. Services are offered in-person (Gatton Student Center 3rd floor) and virtually Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00 PM. You can also reach TRACS via phone at 859-218-7227.
A confidential and secure online text and video chat therapy platform that offers access to mental health clinicians. All currently enrolled UK students have access to TalkSpace free of charge. Answer a few simple questions to get started and TalkSpace will match you with a provider (typically within 48 hours). Includes unlimited text, audio, or video messaging and two live (phone or video) sessions with your therapist each month. Visit: www.talkspace.com/uky
During the Fall and Spring semesters, students can also speak with a clinician through the Let’s Talk program. This is a brief, confidential conversation with a UKCC clinician outside of the UKCC. More information about hours, locations, and the program itself can be found at the website above.
TogetherAll
- Togetherall is a safe, online community to share feelings anonymously and get support to improve mental health and well-being. In the community, people support each other, safely monitored by licensed and registered mental health practitioners.
