LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky swim team will send a talented group of athletes to the 2026 CSCAA National Invitational Championship (NIC), which will be held from March 12-14 at the Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training Facility in Ocala, FL. The Wildcats will compete with a strong roster of 18 swimmers, 6 men and 12 women, each looking to make their mark on the national stage.
The women’s team will be led by Marie Belli, Charlotte Driesse, Ally Frame, Libby Grether, Paige Housman, Katy Jost, Madi McGlothen, Hayden Penny, Sarah Anne Shaffer, Olivia Stewart, Arianna Wertheim, and Lauren West. Kentucky’s women’s squad has a balanced mix of upperclassmen and emerging freshmen, with swimmers set to compete in a variety of strokes.
On the men’s side, Kentucky will be represented by Caue Gluck, Eli Greinke, Alec Lampen, Devin Naoroz, Esteban Nunez Del Prado, and Cayden Pitzer. These swimmers will compete in a variety of events, with several aiming to claim top finishes in the sprints, distance events, and IMs.
The CSCAA National Invitational Championship is a fantastic opportunity for swimmers to compete at a high level and gain experience in a national championship environment. The swimmers qualified for the event by surpassing the CSCAA ‘A’ standard during the season.
The Wildcats will be looking to build upon their strong performance throughout the season and take advantage of this chance to compete against multiple schools from all around the country.
