Kentucky Women’s Soccer Releases 2026 Spring Schedule

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky Women’s Soccer has announced its 2026 slate of spring exhibition matches, featuring one road contest and two home matches.

Kentucky will begin the spring season on Saturday, April 11 at 2 p.m. ET, traveling north on Interstate 75 to face Cincinnati at Gettler Stadium.

The Wildcats will close out the spring season with a pair of home matches, beginning with an in-state clash against Eastern Kentucky on Sunday, April 19 at 7 p.m. ET. The Cats will conclude the spring season at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday, April 25, hosting Marshall.

Both home matches will take place at the Bell Soccer Complex and admission is free to the public.

Kentucky is coming off its second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance after snapping a nine-year absence from the Big Dance in 2024. The Cats also completed their most successful Southeastern Conference regular season in over a decade during the 2025 campaign, finishing in fifth place with 18 points, winning five matches, and claiming a positive result in eight of 10 league matches.

Kentucky returns 17 players from the 2025 squad, including All-SEC athletes like Grace Hoytink, Gabi Poretto, Tanner Strickland, and Alexis Tylenda and Top Drawer Soccer Top 100 Freshman Khadijah Cisse.

The Wildcats added three transfers to the squad in the offseason, all from SEC programs. All-SEC midfielder and Egyptian National Team member Nadia Ramadan transferred from Alabama for her final season of eligibility. Juliette Rayo comes to Lexington after two seasons at Oklahoma where she scores ten goals in her career and Philippines Women’s National Team member Alexa Pino joins the Cats after one season at South Carolina.
