    • Tonight is the first time since 1982-83 that the Cats have defeated three AP Top 15 teams in the regular season.
    • Tonight marked the first time since 2012-13 that the Cats have held multiple AP Top 15 opponents to 57 points or less in a single season.

Player Notes

  • Clara Strack, junior center, had a game-high 28 points and nine rebounds.
    • She went 11-of-23 from the field and 6-of-6 from the line.
    • It is her team-lead sixth 20+ point game this season.
    • She added two blocks and one assist.
      • With 71 career blocks, she now needs just three more blocks to break her own single-season school record in blocks, which she set last season with 73.
        • No player in program history has ever recorded two seasons with at least 70 blocks.
      • Strack is the first UK player with at least 28 points and nine rebounds against an AP Top 15 team since Rhyne Howard at No. 12 Mississippi State on Jan. 3, 2021.
    • Tonie Morgan, senior guard, had 14 points, nine assists, two blocks and two rebounds.
      • Morgan, who has led the country in assists almost all season, also extended her single-season school record in assists now with 228.
      • She is the first SEC player since South Carolina’s Cristina Ciocran in 2002-03 to have at least nine assists in three regular-season conference games against AP Top 15 teams.
    • Asia Boone, junior guard, had 15 points on 5-of-9 from the field and 4-of-8 from the arc.
      • She has made multiple 3s in 21-of-27 games this season.
        • She is the first UK player to have at least four 3s against four AP ranked teams in a single season since Jennifer O’Neill in 2012-13.
        • This is her 17th game this season with at least three 3s, which is the most in a single season by a UK player since at least 2002-03.
      • She now has 77 3-pointers this season, which is tied for fourth on the single-season, top-10 3FGM list.
        • She needs seven to tie and eight to break.
      • She added six rebounds, the second-most on the team, three assists and two steals.
