Five Top 10 Marks Fall on Final Day of Razorback Invitational
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Kentucky Wildcats closed out their fourth meet of the 2025-26 season today in Fayetteville, Ark. on the final day of the annual Razorback Invitational.
The Wildcats totaled five top 10 program marks, three event wins and a freshman record by high jumper Kemarah Howard on the weekend in Fayetteville, all three coming on day two, highlighted by yet another impressive performance from the hurdles and jumps groups.
For the first win of the day, in just her second event as a Wildcat, freshman transfer Ann Lemirisho earned her first career win in a Kentucky uniform, placing atop the leaderboard in the women’s 3000m final with a time of 9:30.62.
Emmi Scales reclaimed a spot atop the national rankings, tying the NCAA’s best women’s 60m hurdles time with a career-best of 7.96, earning a pair of wins in the first two rounds of the event. Scales would later place second in the final with a time of 8.01.
In the men’s mile event, 2025 SEC Outdoor Steeplechase Champion Collins Kiprop Kipngok ran a personal best time and the seven-fastest mark in UK history at 3:59.71. In the women’s section of the mile race, cross country standouts Doricah Minsari Isoe and Ally Kruger placed sixth and seventh, respectively, and added their names to the UK all-time top 10 list, coming in at No. 5 and No. 8.
Senior Hannah Douglas added the sixth program top 10 mark in the women’s 400m final, placing fourth with the third-fastest time in school history at 52.14.
In the men’s triple jump final, senior Theo Mudzengerere placed third, his fourth top three finish of the season, with a final distance of 16.37m/53-8.5.
In the final events of the meet, the men’s and women’s 4x400m relay teams placed ninth in both sections with times of 3:08.81 and a season best 3:33.79 to close out the weekend in Arkansas.
Next up for Kentucky will be a dual-meet weekend on Feb. 13-14 at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C. and a distance only meet in Boston, Mass. at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
