Team Records and Series Information

  • Kentucky is 5-7 on the season.  Louisville is 8-4.
  • Kentucky leads the series, 19-17, not including UK’s vacated win from 2021.
    • UK leads the series 9-6 in games played in Louisville, not including UK’s vacated win.

Player Notes

  • QB Cutter Boley completed 13 of 26 passes for 100 yards.
    • He completed 65.8 percent of his passes this season (198 of 301), breaking the UK freshman record for completion percentage in a season.  The former record was 57.4 percent by Jared Lorenzen in 2000.
    • Last week, he broke the school freshman record for touchdown passes in a season in SEC games with 12.  The former record was 10 SEC TDs by Lorenzen in 2000.
  • RB Dante Dowell led the UK rushing today with six carries for 27 yards.
  • Hampered by injury, RB Seth McGowan was only able to play the first series.  He had two carries for five yards, finishing his collegiate career with 1,918 rushing yards.
  • WR Kendrick Law led the receiving with three catches for 16 yards.
    • For the season, he led the Wildcats with 53 catches for 540 yards.
  • DB Ty Bryant led the Wildcat defense with a career-high-tying 12 tackles. 
    • It is his third double-figure tackle total of the season.
  • After missing two games because of injury, LB Alex Afari Jr. had 11 tackles and two quarterback hurries.
    • It is the fifth double-figure tackle game of his career.
  • DL Jerod Smith had a career-high seven tackles, including a tackle for loss and a caused fumble.
  • LB Lorenzo Cowan had three tackles, including 1.5 for loss, a quarterback sack and a caused fumble.
  • P Aidan Laros had a season-long punt of 58 yards in the second quarter.
    • He finished his two years as a Wildcat with the second-best career punting average in school history, 44.9 yards per punt.
