Kentucky Men’s Basketball 2025-26 Season Ticket Information

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Season ticket renewals for the 2025-26 Kentucky men’s basketball season are now available to all season ticket holders.

Early renewal incentives will be available through Aug. 1. The renewal deadline is Aug. 22.

“There is no greater fanbase and no greater home court advantage than what Big Blue Nation provides in Rupp Arena,” UK head coach Mark Pope said. “Our guys are pushing each other every single day to be great for all of BBN. We’re excited about our demanding schedule, because we cooked up a few really special matchups at home.

“We’re going to need our fans to bring it every night, and we promise to do the same as we chase No. 9 together.”

Season ticket holders will receive an email with instructions on how to renew tickets for the upcoming season. Renewals are now available online through each season ticket holder’s My UK Athletics Account. Invoices will also be mailed in August. Fans needing assistance with their online account are encouraged to contact the UK Ticket Office at (859) 257-1818 or send an email to uktickets@uky.edu.

Kentucky MBB Early-Season Renewal Deadline is August 1

The Home Schedule

The upcoming season features notable opponents from October through March. The Wildcats will play home exhibition games against Purdue on Oct. 24 and vs. the Georgetown Hoyas on Oct. 30.

The nonconference regular-season home slate will feature the return of storied rivalries as the Wildcats host the North Carolina Tar Heels on Dec. 2 in the ACC/SEC Challenge and then the Indiana Hoosiers come to Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center on Dec. 13.

In the ultra-competitive Southeastern Conference, Kentucky will play nine games at home. Times, dates and more information for SEC games will be announced at a later date.

The Wildcats will host Florida, Tennessee and Vanderbilt, as well as Georgia, Mississippi State, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and Texas.

Pricing & Seating Information

This year, for the majority of fans, the price of tickets will increase by an average of 3% on tickets plus $50-$100 more in K Fund donation per seat. Another way of looking at this is that most fans will be asked to pay an average of $4-$7 more per ticket per game.

This year, for the first time, all sections in Rupp Arena will require a K Fund donation. For areas of the arena that didn’t previously require K Fund contributions, the per-seat contributions will now start at $50-$100 per seat. Season-ticket holders will earn K Fund priority points for these donations.

Of note – Kentucky men’s basketball season ticket prices did not increase between 2019-2023, and K Fund donations didn’t increase between 2014-2023. These prices held steady in an otherwise high inflation economic environment.

The evolving college sports model is ushering in a new era that includes revenue sharing with student-athletes.  This shift, along with inflation and other rising costs, is expected to add $20–$30 million annually to the UK Athletics budget.

UK will remain committed to providing a variety of ticket options and maintaining a great home court advantage, while adjusting to market forces and the revenue growth required for the program to strive toward championships.

Fans can visit UKathletics.com/MBBTix for updated ticket information. Ticket information for the State Farm Champions Classic, CBS Sports Classic, and the SEC Tournament will be released to current season ticket holders at a later date via email.

Those who renew by Aug. 1 are eligible for incentive prizes including:

  • Five bonus K Fund priority points.
  • Two complimentary tickets to a home football game (fans may choose between Toledo, Eastern Michigan, and Tennessee Tech).
  • Twenty lucky winners will receive two Big Blue Madness tickets.

Fans interested in purchasing new season tickets for the upcoming year are encouraged to sign up now for the men’s basketball season ticket lottery. For information on lower-level seating that is currently available with a K Fund pledge commitment, as well as information on premium club memberships, please reach out to the UK Athletics K Fund staff at (859) 257-6300.

“Big Blue Nation’s passion and support play a huge role in Kentucky men’s basketball,” UK Athletics Director Mitch Barnhart said. “We’re reminded of our fans’ energy and commitment every day. We’re excited about the upcoming home schedule and the entire season to come. We can’t wait to welcome BBN back to Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center for another unforgettable season.”

More About This Year’s Team

Pope and the Wildcats are coming off the program’s first Sweet 16 appearance since 2019 and return Otega Oweh, Collin Chandler, Brandon Garrison and Trent Noah who all contributed to a 24-12 season which featured wins over an NCAA-record-tying eight Associated Press Top 15 foes.

Adding to UK’s firepower in 2025-26 is one of the highest-ranked transfer classes in the country.

The Cats will add 2025 National Champion Denzel Aberdeen from Florida, a two-time NCAA Sweet 16 participant in Alabama’s Mouhamed Dioubate, an All-Atlantic Coast Conference performer in Pitt’s Jaland Lowe, Reece Potter from Miami of Ohio who is a Lexington native and a part of the RedHawks who won 25 games in 2024-25, National Defensive Player of the Year late season finalist Jayden Quaintance from Arizona State and Kam Williams from Tulane who earned American Athletic Conference All-Freshman Team honors.

Kentucky’s 2025 men’s basketball high-school recruiting class features four players: five-star guard Jasper Johnson, four-star players Braydon Hawthorne and Malachi Moreno, and power forward Andrija Jelavic, widely considered one of the top European prospects.
