LEXINGTON, Ky. – Standout swimmer Levi Sandidge was named to the All-SEC Second Team, as announced Thursday by the Southeastern Conference. This is one of many honors for the junior following his second place SEC finish in the 1650 freestyle and All-American swim at the NCAA Championship last month.

For the All-SEC Teams, the First Team consists of the top finisher in each event at the SEC Championships, and the Second Team consists of the second- and third-place finishers in each event. The All-Freshman Teams consist of any redshirt or true freshman who finished either in the top eight or is the highest scoring freshman of each event at the SEC Championships, excluding relay events.

This season, Sandidge brought home a silver medal in the 1650 freestyle event at the SEC Championship, qualifying him for the 2025 NCAA Men’s Championship last month. He finished eighth overall, marking him as a First Team All-American in that event for the second time of his collegiate career.
