
Men’s Tennis Welcomes Eastern Illinois for Non-Conference Finale
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky men’s tennis (12-10, 5-7 SEC) opens its final week of regular season action with its final non-conference matches of the season, hosting Eastern Illinois (6-20, 0-3 HL) in a doubleheader on Tuesday, April 8. The first match is set to begin at 10 a.m. ET with a second match starting at 2 p.m. ET.
The Wildcats come into Tuesday’s match after their first win in nearly three weeks, defeating Ole Miss, 4-1, last Thursday. The Cats remain undefeated at home, holding a pristine 10-0 record in matches played at the Hilary J. Boone Tennis Complex this season.
Kentucky will continue its five-match home stretch to close out the regular season on Thursday, hosting No. 22 Oklahoma at 5 p.m. on April 10. The Cats will then host Arkansas at 1 p.m. ET on April 12 to conclude the conference portion of their 2025 schedule. The 2025 SEC Tournament is slated to take place next week, April 16-20, at the Carolina Tennis Center in Columbia, S.C.
All home matches will be played at the Hilary J. Boone Tennis Complex, and admission is free to the public for all regular season contests. A live stream will be provided for all home matches on UKAthletics.com.
