Trio of Wildcats Named WCGA Regular Season All-Americans

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Three Kentucky gymnasts—Creslyn Brose, Hailey Davis, and Isabella Magnelli—were named Regular Season All-Americans by the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) on Friday. Brose and Davis both earned Second Team All-America honors on the floor exercise, while Magnelli took home First Team All-America laurels on the vault and the balance beam.

Regular Season All-America honors are based on National Qualifying Scores (NQS), derived from an athlete’s top six scores on the event—three of which must be away from home—dropping the high, and averaging the remaining five. Gymnasts with the top eight NQS on each event, including ties, earned First Team honors, while positions 9-16, including ties, earned Second Team recognition.

Magnelli earned the fifth and sixth All-America awards of her career by finishing the season ranked No. 6 on beam with a 9.935 NQS and No. 7 on vault with a 9.925 NQS. Magnelli is now a four-time First Team All-American, earning the honor for her 2023 and 2024 National Championship performances on beam. She is one of 11 gymnasts in the country earning multiple First Team All-America honors for the 2025 regular season.

Magnelli was also a Second Team All-American on beam in the 2023 and 2024 regular seasons, making her the fourth Wildcat of all time to earn Regular Season All-America honors in three consecutive seasons, joining Kentucky legends Jenny Hansen, Mollie Korth, and Raena Worley.

The Suffern, N.Y. native now holds five career All-America honors on the balance beam after posting the most impressive season in her storied college career. Matching her career high NQS, Magnelli scored 9.900 or higher in every single meet this season, helping her earn the No. 2 beam average in the nation with a 9.927.

Magnelli also earned her first career All-America honor on vault, securing a first team nod with a career best NQS. Magnelli led a Kentucky vault squad that ranks No. 5 in the nation, scoring 9.900 or higher in six meets and matching her career high of 9.950 twice.

Brose and Davis each earned Second Team All-America honors on floor after both Wildcats finished the regular season ranked No. 14 on the event with a 9.930 NQS. Brose has now earned Second Team All-America honors on floor in each of her first two seasons of collegiate gymnastics, while Davis has been named an All-American for the first time in her career.

Brose enjoyed another dominant season on the floor exercise, highlighted by her perfect 10.0 performance against No. 16 Arkansas on March 7. The Holly Springs, N.C. native became the fourth Kentucky gymnast of all time to score a perfect 10.0, joining Hansen, Worley, and Makenzie Wilson. She scored 9.9+ in each of her final six meets this season and has met that benchmark in 20 of her 23 career floor routines.

Davis is enjoying the best season of her career in her fifth and final year of collegiate gymnastics. Already an All-SEC team member for the first time in her career, the New Bern, N.C. native has earned her first career All-America honor, making her the 13th gymnast in Kentucky history to become an All-American. Davis set a career high NQS this season and has scored 9.900 or higher in all but one routine this season. She set her career high this year with a 9.975 on her Senior Night against No. 16 Arkansas, earning a perfect 10.0 from one judge.
