Kentucky, which has won three of the last six NCAA Championship team titles with first-place finishes in 2018, 2021 and 2022, is hosting the championships for the second time in program history. The first was in 2020 when UK turned Memorial Coliseum into a first-class range before the NCAA canceled the championship after Thursday’s practice day due to the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Wildcats are having a great 2024-25 season, currently ranked third nationally. Kentucky has two more home matches left before the regular season concludes. Kentucky will host West Virginia on Feb. 8 inside the UK Rifle Range and then a NCAA Qualifier match with Morehead State on Feb. 22 also inside the UK Rifle Range. Admission to both home matches is free of charge and free breakfast will be available during the first smallbore relay.
