ESPN Announces Kentucky Gymnastics to be Featured Five Times

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky Gymnastics program will be featured on the ESPN Family of Networks five times in the 2025 regular season, ESPN and SEC Network announced Wednesday afternoon.

The Wildcats will be nationally televised inside of the newly renovated Historic Memorial Coliseum facing reigning national title holder LSU for a 7 p.m. EST matchup on SEC Network. Kentucky will then be featured on the road once on ESPN2 and three times on SEC Network.

Year 11 of SEC Network’s “Friday Night Heights” franchise will feature a new squad as six-time NCAA Champion Oklahoma competes in its first Southeastern Conference campaign. 2025 is highlighted by a record-tying nine consecutive weekends of high-flying action from around the conference beginning on Friday, Jan. 3. Viewers will be treated to another banner year for FNH tripleheaders, with a record seven set for SEC Network and ESPN2 featuring SEC squads during the 2025 regular season. In total, SEC Network will showcase 18 live meets in the 2025 regular season, excluding conference championship sessions.

Big Blue Nation can catch the Wildcats on ESPN2 at 8 p.m. for the Sprouts Farmer’s Market Collegiate Quad in Oklahoma City, Okla. (Jan. 11). The Cats will take on Arkansas, Ohio State and UCLA in the third session of the quad meet. Fans can then tune in to the action on Jan. 26 as Kentucky goes head-to-head with Missouri in Columbia, Mo. on SEC Network at 6 p.m.

Kentucky will then travel back to Oklahoma to face the Sooners at 8:30 p.m. on SEC Network followed by a home meet versus LSU at 7 p.m. on Feb. 21. Fans unable to attend will be able to catch the meet also on SEC Network. The final meet to be televised on SEC Network will be on the road at Georgia on March 2 at 6 p.m.

Both sessions of the 2025 SEC Gymnastics Championship will be televised live on SEC Network. The event will take place on Saturday, March 22 Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Ala. The first session of the meet will be on screen at 3:30 p.m. with the second session airing at 8 p.m.
