Strength and Conditioning Camps

    • This camp is designed to educate young student athletes and parents on how to better prepare physically and mentally for athletics at the next level.
    • Camp Itinerary
      • Meet & Greet
      • Warm up
      • Speed, Agility & Strength Testing + Training
        • Focusing On: Proper Running Mechanics, Change of Direction Mechanics, Plyometric Drills, Strength Training, Injury Prevention Protocols
      • Mobility & Cool Down
      • Q&A Session
    • Within 2-3 weeks of the camp’s completion, we will provide follow-up programming for each student athlete based on their evaluation during the camp.
    • This camp will be programmed and led by the Strength and Conditioning Coaching Staff at The University of Kentucky:
    • Please send us the following information:
      • Current high school attended
      • Sports you currently play
      • Any injuries or physical limitations

Time: 1:00 – 4:00pm EST

Dates:

    • Tuesday, July 15th or Tuesday, July 29th
  • Location: Nutter Trainer Center (720 Sport Center Drive, Lexington KY 40502)
    • Please arrive for check-in 30 minutes prior to camp start
