10 Kentucky Wildcats to Participate in NBA Summer League
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Summer basketball is on deck for 10 Kentucky products set to compete in the NBA’s 2K25 Las Vegas Summer League beginning on Friday.
The 2K25 Summer League in Las Vegas, featuring all 30 NBA teams, will take place July 12-22. Each team will play four games, with the top four teams advancing to the playoffs. The two semifinal games will take place on July 21, followed by the championship on July 22. Teams not advancing to the playoff will play a fifth game on either July 20 or 21.
Fans can watch all games on ESPN+ with select games also available linearly on ESPN, ESPN2 and NBA TV. All games will be played on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas at the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion. Below are the players participating in the 2K25 Summer League in Las Vegas who finished their collegiate careers at Kentucky.
- Golden State Warriors – Kevin Knox
- Houston Rockets – Reed Sheppard
- Indiana Pacers – Oscar Tshiebwe
- Milwaukee Bucks – Chris Livingston, TyTy Washington
- Minnesota Timberwolves – Rob Dillingham
- New Orleans Pelicans – Antonio Reeves
- New York Knicks – Jacob Toppin
- Oklahoma City Thunder – Tre Mitchell
- Philadelphia 76ers – Justin Edwards
Friday’s opening day of action will feature a head-to-head matchup between a pair of Kentucky teammates from a season ago as Reeves and the New Orleans Pelicans take on Dillingham and the Minnesota Timberwolves at 5 p.m. on ESPN2.
Other Wildcats taking the court on day one include Sheppard, the No. 3 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, and Tshiebwe, the 2022 National Player of the Year while at Kentucky.
