Swimming & Diving Places 22 Individuals on CSCAA Scholar All-America Team

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky swimming & diving put a total of 22 student-athletes on the 2023-24 College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America Scholar All-American Team, the organization announced on Wednesday.

A cohort of 15 women and seven men garnered the recognition for UK, including five selections to the first team.

To qualify for the honor, student-athletes must have earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher and have met a “B” time standard for the national championship or qualified for a diving zone qualification meet. Individuals who met the GPA threshold and competed at the NCAA national championship earned First Team status.

Both the Kentucky men’s and women’s teams also collectively earned the distinction as Scholar All-America Teams by virtue of their cumulative grade point averages being greater than 3.0 during the 2024 spring semester.
